The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens, a barbecue area, and there is plenty of space with fruit trees and countryside. The construction, measuring 115 m², is distributed across the ground floor and basement. On the ground floor, there is a charming living room, a double bedroom, a full bathroom, and the kitchen. It has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. In the basement, there is another double bedroom and a library lounge.
